About Wine & Bar Lab

Brief history

Wine & Bar Lab is a rather young company in Croatia, with previous experience achieved in projects for large and small international Companies, Hotels, Restaurants, Cruise Line, and Wine and Cocktail bars all over the world. Therefore, we have a considerable knowledge base, including well-designed and tested methodology for each service.

Agenda

Wine & Bar Lab believes that the Sommeliers, Waiters, Bartenders, Merchants, and others have to be continuously educated and that is why we invest time to update our knowledge and further development of standardized methodologies for our services. In this way, Wine & Bar Lab continuously improve the quality of our delivery and shorten the time spent on projects, which automatically means savings for our customers.

Our mission

Also, Wine & Bar Lab are conducting licensed training for Sommeliers according to the United States Sommelier Association & Le Cordon Bleu programs. United States Sommelier Association, Inc. is a nonprofit organization in Miami, USA, dedicated to the promotion and teaching of wine culture to wine lovers and professionals throughout the United States and the world.
